Terms and Conditions
Initial Consultation Terms and Conditions
1. Why you need to sign Terms and Conditions before we start work with you
We want you to be fully informed on how and why we do what we do. The law governing Licenced Immigration Advisers requires us to make sure you understand about the purpose, cost, and expected outcome from an initial consultation. Therefore we have provided this for you to read and understand. We ask you to then sign these or reply to the email, to show that you have read, understand, and agree to them.
2. Why you need to have an Initial Consultation
We need to understand what you need from us. The initial consultation allows us to:
● Discuss what your immigration goals are
● Explain our assessment of your case on all applicable visa options
● Provide advice on the most suitable option for your case
● Explain potential roadblocks and possible solutions to achieve your immigration goals
3. What you need to do before your Initial Consultation
Before meeting us, you need to complete and return the information form that we will email to you. The information provided allows us to prepare and make the best use of your consultation time with us.
4. What we do with your personal information
Personal Information gathered from you will only be used for the assessment of your situation and for no other purpose.
5. How we hold the Initial Consultation
The communication method, which in order of preference is in person/ video call/ voice call, will be identified at the time of booking.
6. Length of Initial Consultation
The Initial Consultation lasts for up to 60 minutes. You are paying us for our time, and we encourage you to keep this in mind during the consultation. If at any stage we are direct with our questioning, it is because we want you to get the absolute maximum benefit possible from it. If you wish to have more than 60 minutes, let us know beforehand and we can book the time, and confirm the additional fee, prior to booking.
7. To engage our services
If, at the end of the Initial Consultation you wish to engage our services, you need to simply let us know. We will then prepare a document detailing the work we will do for you, the cost of that work and when you will need to pay us, and the likely timeline of that work. The reason we provide this document is because these terms and conditions that you are reading now relate only to the Initial Consultation
