• the writing of a report that is yours to take away

The report contains a summary of the discussion we had, the options available to you and our advice on which you should take, the costs relating to those options, and also our fees should you want to use our services.

We confirm the service you wish us to provide, the associated costs, and a full rundown of how we will do it in a document called a Written Agreement. Effectively a contract between us. On signing, you pay us an agreed amount and we start work for you.
