He’s good because:
On top of a degree and the Graduate Diploma in Immigration Advice, Andy has worked in recruitment for over 25 years. After migrating here, over 15 of these have been working in recruiting and mobilising offshore talent to live and work in New Zealand. When it comes to understanding people, employers, and the global movement of people, Andy is the person to talk to.
He’s human because:
He has three passions - first and foremost is being a husband and father which he loves. Then equal second comes riding motorcycles on the road and race-track, and freedive spearfishing for kai moana (sea food) in New Zealand’s rich coastal waters.
Toni O’Dell,
Operations Manager

A teacher by profession who taught primary children in the UK and New Zealand, Toni has since set up and run two successful businesses in baby, child, and parent education classes. That business experience now supports the processes of O’Dell Immigration, ensuring the smooth running of our back office systems.

Family and baking are two things that go very well together. Since discovering the NZ Icon of cooking, the Edmonds cookbook, soon after arriving in New Zealand Toni has perfected many of the recipes, much to the delight of husband and children alike.
